Furniture and branding

A joint furniture and branding budget is included within the hire of your Networking Suite. This budget allows the purchase and/or hire of furniture and branding options you would like implemented in your Hospitality Suite.

All furniture hire must be finalised with the congress organisers by Monday 7 July 2025

All branding materials for print must be provided to the congress organisers by Monday 21 July 2025 to allow sufficient time to be produced.
