Customs and Delivery Information

Updated on 25 March, 2024

The venue and the Congress Managers will NOT take responsibility for the clearance of goods through Singapore Customs. Exhibitors are responsible for the acceptance of all goods. Neither the venue or the Congress Managers will accept responsibility for the safety of any items delivered in the absence of the exhibitor or their agent. Refer to the official Freight forwarder’s terms and conditions for your transportation requirements.

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to ensure goods have arrived. To avoid delays during set up, we suggest you confirm with your freight company that all goods have been delivered.

Suntec Singapore reserves loading bays for usage by goods vehicles such as vans and lorries only. To access the loading bay, turn in from Nicoll Highway.

Loading bays are designed for loading/unloading only for a maximum duration of 20 minutes. Storage of items is not allowed unless permission is granted in advance.

Suntec Singapore can only accept delivery of items during the licensed period. Delivery companies and freight forwarders attempting to access loading bays before or after the licensed period will be declined entry.

Ensure ALL goods are correctly labelled (with your booth number and organisation noted). Refer to the delivery label provided by the freight forwarder.
