Fukuoka Convention Center (FCC) is a highly functional multi-purpose venue for holding a Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions. This facility has become the core of the convention zone in Fukuoka. The full facilities include spacious adaptable meeting rooms and simultaneous interpretation booths. With multiple conference rooms, a spacious exhibition hall and a conference hall, together this will be an ideal venue to host APLAR 2025!
Transportation
Access: Public Transportation
Fukuoka has an enviable reputation among foreign visitors as a city which is easy to get around. The Fukuoka Convention Centeris 950m away from Gofukumachi Station (H2), which can be accessed via Hakozaki Line. If you are arriving by plane, please take the subway to Hakata Station and catch a bus from here, within a short walking distance, you will arrive at the Fukuoka Convention Center.

Train
Several train stations are located near the Congress Center, and you can also take a bus from these stations to get closer to the venue.

Walking
The Congress Center is approximately a 30-minute walk from Fukuoka’s city centre. We have partnered with several hotels in and near the city centre and Congress venue for your convenience. Please be aware that there are limited restaurants, shops, and nightlife options around the Congress Center. For a more complete Japanese experience, we recommend staying closer to the city center and using public transportation or taxis to reach the Congress Center each day.
Airport
You can take the subway to Hakata Station, which is a major transportation hub in the city. From there, you can easily catch a bus that will take you closer to the Congress Center.
Bus
There are two bus stops located a shot 2-minute walk from the Congress Center entrance. Please see below some suggested bus routes.

Taxi/car
The parking lot next to Fukuoka International Congress Center has space for 240 vehicles and is open from 8 am to 10 pm, charging 100 yen per 30 minutes. It may be unavailable during some events. Additional parking lots are available nearby but can be crowded during events, so public transportation is recommended. For more details, see the Access page. Taxis can drop visitors to the front door of the Congress Center from anywhere in Fukuoka.
