Everyone onsite must be registered. For security reasons no person will be permitted onsite without registering.
As a sponsor and/or exhibitor, you are entitled to a number of complimentary registrations as per the sponsorship package/number of booths confirmed. Your customised group registration forms will be shared via email. If you do not follow the process, we are not able to guarantee that you will receive the discount.
Registrations must be received by 14 September 2026.Â
Additional Registrations
Should you have additional members of your organisation attending the event, they must register and pay to attend.
Exhibitor Registration
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 6sqm booth that you have booked. If you require additional exhibitor registrations over and above your exhibitor entitlements, please contact APLAR Industry Relations to purchase.
We strongly encourage industry partners to utilise all existing complimentary registration slots, before purchasing additional registration slots.
Industry Program Registrations
As an industry program sponsor, you are entitled to a range of full congress registrations for speaker/chair/convenor and staff day registration for symposia support.
If you require additional full congress registrations over and above your entitlements, please contact APLAR Industry Relations to purchase.
