Deliveries are only permitted during the official move-in / move-out period unless prior arrangements have been made with COEX or the congress managers. Any item delivered outside the official move-in/ move-out period without prior arrangement will be removed from COEX’s premises at the exhibitor’s expense.
Information on the APLAR 2026 official freight forwarder will be provided at a later date.
Utilising External Freight Forwarding Companies
It is essential that all goods, equipment or packages are clearly marked when delivered to COEX. Any exhibitor deliveries to COEX must have a delivery attached to all items. The Congress Managers or COEX will not sign for receipt of goods on behalf of exhibitors, so please make sure a representative from your organisation is present to sign off on deliveries.
All freight forwarding or deliveries made to and from COEX must be completed by a pre-approved supplier. Please check the COEX Service Provider List for the list of pre-approved logistics suppliers.
