Deliveries are only permitted during the official move-in / move-out period unless prior arrangements have been made with COEX or the congress managers. Any item delivered outside the official move-in/ move-out period without prior arrangement will be removed from COEX’s premises at the exhibitor’s expense.

Please note that COEX and APLAR Congress Secretariat will not accept or take responsibility for any international courier shipments consigned to yourself. Courier shipments must be shipped as noted under ‘Consignee Address Direct to Korea.
The following information is applicable to smaller shipments of low value and weighing no more than 100kgs. Do not send skidded shipments.

For outbound shipment via SEUM LOGISTICS, please ensure that the outbound shipment information is provided to them by 28 October 2026, once the material is packed and ready to be shipped.
