Networking Suites are open from the following times:

| Saturday 31 October 2026 | 08:00 – 18:00 |
| Sunday 1 November 2026 | 08:00 – 16:00 |
Networking Suite setup is only available during the access times stated above unless otherwise agreed to by the Congress Managers and Venue. Please refer to your agreement for the full operational days of your Networking Suite.
Networking suites will be set up to boardroom style for 18 pax during the application stage, unless advised otherwise.
Please submit all room set up requirements by 14 August 2026.
