Ad-Hoc meeting room/Networking Suites are available from:
Friday 5 September 2025
0800–1800 hours
Saturday 6 September 2025
0800–1800 hours
Sunday 5 September 2025
0800–1800 hours
Networking Suite setup is only available during the access times stated above unless otherwise agreed to by the Congress Managers and Venue.
Networking suites will be set up to boardroom style with the capacity requested during the application stage unless you advise otherwise. Please liaise with the congress manager at sponex@aplarcongress.com to arrange catering requests, and additional furniture as part of your entitlements.
Due dates:
- Provide any additional requests for furniture no later than Monday 7 July 2025
- Please provide the schedule of events taking place in your suite (for the purpose of door signage and catering numbers) no later than Monday 21 July 2025
