Dr. Md. Nazrul Islam, Professor of Rheumatology, is from Bangladesh. He is serving the Dept. of Rheumatology of BMU as a regular faculty and Course Coordinator. He received many awards both from APLAR and EULAR and participated in several international conferences as an invited speaker. He has 138 publications in different international peer-reviewed journals. He is the founder life member and at present Vice President of Bangladesh Rheumatology Society (BRS). He is THE Convenor of APLAR Epidemiology SIG, Co-convenor of COPCORD, APLAR EC member, and Member of APLAR SpA Registry Research group. He is running Modern One-Stop Arthritis Care and Research Center (www.mskcare.com) as Director, and he is the Chairman of Professor Nazrul Rheumatology Foundation and Research (PNRFR) Trust.
