He served as a Clinical Fellow in Rheumatology at KitaHarima Medical Center Hyogo Japan from 2018 to 2023 where he developed broad clinical expertise in the diagnosis and management of rheumatic diseases Since 2024 he has been affiliated with the Department of Clinical Epidemiology Kochi Medical School Kochi University In this role he has been involved in clinical epidemiological research while further integrating his background in rheumatology with population based and outcomes oriented approaches His career reflects a continued commitment to advancing both clinical practice and research in rheumatology and clinical epidemiology
