Galymzhan Asylbekovich Togizbayev

Galymzhan A. Togizbayev is a Kazakhstani rheumatologist, Doctor of Medical Sciences, professor, and healthcare leader with over 28 years of experience. He currently serves as the Head of the Republican Rheumatology Center, Chief Freelance Rheumatologist of the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan, Chairman of the Kazakh College of Rheumatology, and President of the Eurasian League of Rheumatologists (LEAR). He graduated from Aktobe State Medical Academy and holds both Candidate and Doctor of Medical Sciences degrees, as well as an MBA. He has held leadership positions in research institutes, medical universities, and international healthcare organizations. His work focuses on advancing rheumatology services, education, and international collaboration. He is an author of scientific publications with an h-index of 6 (Scopus).
