Press accreditation

The Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR) invites members of the media to attend the 27th Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology Congress (APLAR 2026), taking place in Seoul, Korea, from 16-19 September 2026.

Press accreditation is now open.

Media professionals interested in covering APLAR 2026 are invited to submit an application for press accreditation through the congress accreditation platform below.

As a scientific and educational congress, APLAR offers a limited number of complimentary Accredited Media registrations. All applications are subject to review and approval by APLAR and the Congress Organising Committee. As accreditation is selective, submission of an application does not guarantee approval.

Priority consideration will be given to journalists, editors, broadcasters, and media representatives working on behalf of recognised news organisations, healthcare publications, medical journals, trade media, or other reputable media outlets. Applicants may be required to provide evidence of professional media affiliation and details of their intended coverage of the congress.

Accredited media representatives will have access to designated congress sessions and official media resources.

Media accreditation is intended solely for editorial coverage and reporting purposes.

Individuals who are presenting, chairing sessions, participating in the scientific programme, exhibiting, or attending primarily in a professional or commercial capacity are not eligible for media accreditation and should register under the appropriate congress registration category.

The media accreditation platform may close prior to the congress or earlier if the allocation of accredited media registrations has been reached. The website will be updated once closed.
