Dr. Vera Podzolkova is a pediatrician and pediatric rheumatologist. She holds a PhD (Candidate of Medical Sciences) and serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Childhood Diseases at Sechenov University, Moscow, Russia. Her clinical and research interests span a broad range of pediatric rheumatology, with a special focus on primary systemic chronic vasculitis, including childhoodonset Takayasu arteritis. Dr. Podzolkova has authored numerous publications in both Russian and international peerreviewed journals. She is a frequent invited speaker at national congresses, including those with international participation.
