Dr. Peter Siu oversees the Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Curriculum for final-year medical students at the University of East Asia. He is also a faculty instructor for the Martinoli Ultrasound MASTERS courses.
As the founding chairman of the ISMS ultrasound workshop series and Educational Board Member of NYSORA, he has pioneered numerous ultrasound services and multi-specialty collaborations.
Dr. Siu specializes in ultrasound-guided interventions for musculoskeletal pain and is frequently invited to instruct at major conferences and workshops across East Asia, the Asia-Pacific region, Europe, and the U.S. For example, last year, he instructed in the APLAR-endorsed ultrasound workshop at the ICCR conference.
He authored the chapter “Wrist and Hand Injuries in Sports” in the book, “Clinical Ultrasonography in Sports Medicine” that would be published by Springer soon. Dr. Siu is also an active researcher with publications in the field of musculoskeletal ultrasound.
