Dr. Nakano is a Professor in the Department of Rheumatology at Kawasaki Medical School, Japan. He specializes in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, and other autoimmune diseases. His research focuses on the impact of epigenetic abnormalities on synovial changes in rheumatoid arthritis and excessive fibrosis in systemic sclerosis.
