Dr. Sakir Ahmed, MBBS, MD, DM, is an associate professor of Clinical Immunology and Rheumatology at KIMS, KIIT University, South Asia, and the Chief Scientific Officer for RheumaCare, South Asia.
He is the chief editor of Immunologic Research. He is the convenor of South Asian Rheumatology Association SIG on Digital Health and the co-convenor for the APLAR SIG on Digital Health and Telemedicine.
His areas of interests are AI in Rheumatology, Infectious triggers of Autoimmunity, Pain and Fibrosis.
