The Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology (APLAR) is pleased to announce that media accreditation is now open for the 27th Asia Pacific League of Associations for Rheumatology Congress (APLAR 2026), taking place in Seoul, Korea, from 16-19 September 2026.
Journalists, editors, broadcasters and media professionals interested in covering one of the region’s leading rheumatology congresses are invited to apply for media accreditation. Approved media representatives will have access to designated congress sessions, exhibition areas and official media resources to support independent editorial coverage of the event.
As a scientific and educational congress, APLAR 2026 offers a limited number of complimentary Accredited Media registrations. Applications will be reviewed by the APLAR Congress Secretariat and Congress Organising Committee, with priority given to recognised news organisations, healthcare publications, medical journals, trade media and other reputable media outlets. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval.
Applicants will be required to provide evidence of professional media affiliation, examples of previous work and details of their intended congress coverage. Media accreditation is intended solely for editorial reporting purposes and is not available for individuals attending primarily in a commercial, promotional, exhibitor or scientific participant capacity.
The media accreditation platform may close prior to the congress if capacity is reached, so early applications are encouraged.
