Important note
Everyone onsite must be registered. For security reasons no person will be permitted onsite without registering.
As a sponsor and/or exhibitor, you are entitled to a number of complimentary registrations as per the sponsorship package/number of booths confirmed. Your customised group registration forms will be shared via email. If you do not follow the process, we are not able to guarantee that you will receive the discount.
Registrations must be received by Monday 14 July 2025.
Additional Registrations
Should you have additional members of your organisation attending the event, they must register and pay to attend.
- Industry exhibitor one day pass: USD120 per person
- Industry exhibitor full congress pass: USD200 per person
Exhibitor Registrations #
As an exhibitor, you are entitled to two (2) complimentary exhibitor registrations per 6sqm booth that you have booked. If you require additional exhibitor registrations over and above your exhibitor entitlements these will be available to purchase.
Industry Program Registrations #
As an industry program sponsor, you are entitled to a range of full congress registrations for speaker/chair/convenor and staff registration for symposia support only depending.
If you require additional exhibitor registrations over and above your exhibitor entitlements these will be available to purchase.
Accommodation #
Group accommodation bookings
If you require accommodation during the congress and are booking for a group of a minimum of ten (10) rooms, please email the Congress Managers with your requirements. A list of hotels available for group bookings can be found on the website here.
