The official language of the congress is English.
Electronic certificates of attendance will automatically be issued to all confirmed attendees at the conclusion of the congress. If you chaired a session or delivered an oral or poster presentation, you will also receive a certificate acknowledging your involvement.
Due to safety concerns, the Centre is unable to store luggage on behalf of guests and delegates.
However a cloak room will be made available to for you to place your belongings but it will be unattended. The organisers and the congress secretariat will not be responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property and storing your items will be at your own risk. All items found or handed into the congress secretariat will be logged and kept by the Fukuoka International Congress Center onsite security team. The only smoking facility at the Fukuoka International Congress Center is located on Level 2, head towards the passageway to Fukuoka Sun Palace, turn left and you will reach the designated area. Please not smoking is not permitted anywhere else on the premise.
