The below information is relevant for those who have purchased an Ad-Hoc meeting room or Networking Suites room. Secure a meeting room by contacting Thomas Howden, Industry Liaison, via email to thomas.howden@wearemci.com.

Ad-Hoc meeting room/Networking Suites are available from:

Friday 23 August 2024
0800โ€“1800 hours

Saturday 24 August 2024
0800โ€“1800 hours

Sunday 25 August 2024
0800โ€“1500 hours

Networking Suite setup is only available during the access times stated above unless otherwise agreed to by the Congress Managers and Venue.

Networking suites will be set up to boardroom style with the capacity requested during the application stage unless you advise otherwise. Please liaise with the congress manager at sponex@aplarcongress.com to arrange catering requests, and additional furniture as part of your entitlements.

Due dates:

  • Provide any additional requests for furniture no later than Monday 8 July 2024
  • Please provide the schedule of events taking place in your suite (for the purpose of door signage and catering numbers) no later than Monday 22 July 2024
