Hospitality Suite setup is only available during the access times stated above unless otherwise agreed to by the Congress Managers and Venue.
Furniture and Branding
A joint furniture and branding budget is included within the hire of your Hospitality Suite. This budget allows the purchase and/or hire of furniture and branding options you would like implemented in your Hospitality Suite.
All furniture hire must be finalised with ISS-Vision Hire by Monday 8 November 2022 and all branding materials for print must be provided to the Congress Managers by Monday 24 October 2022 to allow sufficient time to be produced.
