Yi-Hsing Chen is Deputy Director of the Department of Internal Medicine at Taichung Veterans General Hospital (TCVGH) in Taichung, Taiwan. She is also a Professor of Medicine at National Chung Hsing University (NCHU) in Taichung, Taiwan. She was the director of the Division of Allergy, Immunology and Rheumatology of TCVGH from 2013 to 2019. She was then promoted to Deputy Director of Internal Medicine of the TCVGH.
Dr Chen has published more than 200 articles in peer-reviewed journals and has contributed to numerous book chapters. She has also been a principal or co-investigator in more than 100 clinical trials. Dr Chen currently serves as the executive member of the board of directors of the Taiwan College of Rheumatology and is Chairman of its Rheumatoid Arthritis Interest Group, as well as an executive member of the board of directors of the Chinese Society of Immunology, Taiwan.
