Dr. Phonpen is a Senior Rheumatologist at Queen Savang Vadhana Memorial Hospital in Si Racha, Thailand, an institution affiliated with Chulalongkorn University. She currently serves as the Director of the Outpatient Department and holds the position of Program Director for the Family Medicine Residency Training program.
Dr. Phonpen’s remarkable journey in the medical field began with her attainment of a board certification in Family Medicine. Committed to excellence, she pursued further education at Chulalongkorn University, where she earned both a Master’s degree and a Sub-Board specialization in Rheumatology, showcasing her dedication to advanced medical expertise.
Her special interests includes musculoskeletal ultrasound, lupus, patient advocacy, and the enhancement of quality of life. Dr. Phonpen’s passion for musculoskeletal ultrasound demonstrates her commitment to utilizing cutting-edge diagnostic tools. Additionally, her involvement with the Thai SLE Foundation reflects her commitment to enhancing patients’ lives through advocacy and support.
