Dr Nor Shuhaila Shahril is a Consultant Physician & Rheumatologist in Hospital Putrajaya, Malaysia. She received her basic medical degree from University of Southampton, United Kingdom in 1998 and subsequently obtained her Membership of Royal College of Physicians United Kingdom in 2004. She completed her subspecialty training in Rheumatology in 2010. She is currently a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians of London and a member of the Academy of Medicine Malaysia, the past-secretary and member of Malaysian Society of Rheumatology.
She has been appointed as a trainer for the Ministry of Health rheumatology subspecialty program and musculoskeletal ultrasound. She is the expert reviewer for Rheumatoid Arthritis Medication and Treatment Adherence Curriculum (RA-MTAC) and a Technical Committee Member for the Curriculum Development of Post Basic Nursing Certificate in Rheumatology Care. She is involved in both industrial and investigator-initiated clinical research in inflammatory arthritis and connective tissue diseases.
