Dr. Lee graduated in The University of Hong Kong in 1990. In 1998, he established rheumatology service in Pamela Youde Nethersole Eastern Hospital.
In 2004, his unit was the first to introduce rheumatology MSK ultrasound in Hong Kong. Dr Lee actively promoted MSK USG locally and internationally; he had organized many ultrasound training workshops in Hong Kong and China. Moreover, he was invited as trainer in regional ultrasound training courses and he was an accredited ultrasound trainer under EULAR.
Dr Lee currently is the Director of the Rheumatology Centre of Hong Kong Sanatorium & Hospital. He is also the Honorary Associate Professor of both the University of Hong Kong and the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
Dr Lee has been elected as the Chairman of the Hong Kong Arthritis & Rheumatism Foundation, a charitable foundation to educate the public on rheumatic diseases and to serve patients suffering from various rheumatic diseases.
