Elizabeth Ang is Senior Consultant, Paediatric Rheumatology in the Khoo Teck Puat-National University Children’s Medical Centre, National University Hospital, Singapore and Assistant Professor of the National University of Singapore Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. She did her clinical Paediatric Rheumatology Fellowship in Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard School of Medicine.
In her free time, she enjoys going to various countries in South East Asia to spread her love for Paediatric Rheumatology and to try and understand (and sometimes tackle, alongside local providers) the challenges of caring for children with rheumatic diseases there. She counts it her privilege to have made many friends and learnt much in the process. The COVID pandemic has restricted much of such travel in the last few years, which makes this upcoming congress especially precious to her.
