Registration
The congress registration desk will be located in the Entrance Hall of Level 1 at the Fukuoka International Congress Center. The Congress registration desk opening hours are outlined below:

Exhibition
The industry exhibition is located on Level 2 in the Multi Purpose Hall. The opening times for the exhibition are outline below:

Speaker Preparation Room
The speaker preparation room is located on Level 4, in room 407 at the Fukuoka International Congress Center, and will be opened and staffed by professional AV technicians during the following times:

This is a room specifically reserved for speakers and chairpersons to work on, load and practice their presentations/chairing duties prior to their program responsibilities.
All congress presentations will be networked to the relevant presentation room, therefore you need to ensure your presentation is loaded at least 3 hours prior to your speaking time. It will not be possible to use your own laptop or USB for your presentation in the congress concurrent sessions.
